Shipping policy
We’re committed to getting your ACKTIV order to you as smoothly as possible.Â
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.Â
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.Â
We currently ship within the United States.Â
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website when available.Â
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ACKTIV is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact info@acktivhydration.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help before the order is processed.Â
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s timelines and operations. ACKTIV is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.Â
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost or significantly delayed, please contact info@acktivhydration.com with your order number and any relevant photos, and we’ll do our best to assist.Â
Orders placed through The ACKTIV Club follow the recurring billing schedule selected at checkout. If you need to make changes to your subscription, please do so before your next billing date.
