We want you to feel confident ordering from ACKTIV. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Returns 

Because ACKTIV is a consumable product, we only accept returns on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return: 

● the product must be unopened and unused 

● the product must be in its original packaging 

● the return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery 

● proof of purchase is required 

Non-Returnable Items 

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on: 

● opened products 

● used products 

● subscription orders that have already shipped 

● sale or promotional items 

● gift cards, if applicable 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@acktivhydration.com

Please include: 

● your order number 

● a brief description of the issue 

● photos of the product and packaging, if applicable 

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Refunds

Once your return or claim has been reviewed, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. 

Return Shipping 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect order. 

How to Start a Return 

To start a return, email info@acktivhydration.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved, we’ll provide next steps.
